No funciona tarjeta dedicada
Hola, tengo una dell inspiron 5570 con una tarjeta integrada intel 620 y una amd radeon 530 de 4 gb. Mi problema es que mi laptop no esta usando mi tarjeta dedicada a pesar de tener los drivers actualizados. Por ejemplo cuando quiero jugar al football manager 2020 tira un mensaje de error dxdiag device error removed cuando reproduce los partidos y el juego asegura que solo puede funcionar con baja calidad grafica, cuando hace unos meses el fm19 me funcionaba con alta calidad.

Hello, you see that the problem was not with the AMD but with the integrated board of Intel. I uninstalled the latest drivers and reinstalled the ones that came from the factory (now it says something like "Microsoft basic display drivers") and now the Notebook always works with the AMD board. At the moment I notice that the game works although with some laggeo. I am going to test these days if a problem does not appear and if so, I have it this week. I recommend that you review the Intel 620 board drivers issue so that the conflict can be resolved and work normally. I keep you updated if any inconvenience reappears
