estado intentando activar tpm. en la bios de alien ware 17 lo habilito guardó los cambios y reinicio pero vuelve deshabilitar el tpm ¡ no se que pasa ,

In the BIOS you need to have PTT enabled in security. This Dell support page has mode information. If you are trying to install Windows 11 you also need Secure Boot enabled. However keep in mind that the 17 R4 is not supported by Windows 11 or by Dell in Windows 11. You can install Windows 11 by downloading the media creation tool for Windows 11 here. That will create a bootable Windows 11 flash drive. Using that flash drive the CPU and TPM check will be bypassed. Also since Windows 11 is not supported by Dell on your system, if you need tech support they will insist that you reinstall Windows 10 before offering assistance.
